The only thing I don't like about coming in for servicing is the wait on 90th Street

Edwin CHIONG was a pleasure to deal with. Courteous & professional. I left after the appointment & had a question in reference to my vehicle. I called Edwin & he returned my call in a timely manner & was able to assist me & correct the issue I was having.

This was the worst service I've ever experienced. The young lady at the service desk completely not helpful. I stood on line while her and a co-worker was having a personal conversation ... completely unprofessional. I was in there for an oil change and got under my car hood cleaned. Four hours ridiculous! I hope this place is not moving backwards with service!

Please take good care of Susan and make sure she doesn't leave your dealership. Finding staff that provide exceptional service these days are rare. Here partner Edwin is excellent as well. I usually like to deal with both of them.

The labor fees were a shock. Three things done on the car two of which are usually at 30,000 miles (I don’t have that many miles) and $200 in labor for each.
The sign needs to be bigger and the representatives moving forward should say it.
