A bit frustrating that it took 2 hours to do an oil change. Aside from that everyone was very kind and helpful
I had a 5pm appointment and still had to wait 2 hours for my vehicle. Not only that but a multi point inspection wasn’t done. The check engine light wasn’t cleared like it was last time. I could have gone to a car wash and gotten the same level of service and gotten a free car wash out of it
I liked the way that the service rep explained the problem showed me photos and such but job is not done yet because of price

She doesn’t make you wait too long for updates when your car will be ready, is professional and explains everything before agreeing to additional repairs.
