Terrible customer service and communication. We are completely understanding of products being on back order but to not even be informed of that is unacceptable. Sabina told us multiple times that our car would be ready on a certain day, that day came and no response or update. Then when we would call for an update it would go to voicemail with no call backs for days. The longest we went without a return call was 5-7days. That’s just unacceptable. Geico shouldn’t have even paid the additional labor fees due to this atrocious communication. We will not be returning any time soon

1y service adviser was a bit rude and Kurt. I asked him for a service repor vhich he said was sent to me and it wasn't. Still making a request for it. He needs more educating in the way of talking to people. And when my car was returned to me, the glove compartment was removed and on the floor of the car. It was not a good experience at all and will write a public review and rethink using your service dept. again.
