Haobin Li was very honest, usually car dealer's service centers management notarious to make their services sales people to rip off customers by scaring then to get not essential not required services, but your service sales/customer service team not like that!

The new 3% credit card fee is a nickel and dime move. Unlikely to drive all the way back there for the already high service.

Edwin always goes the extra mile with his customers. His professionalism, his knowledge and his attentiveness to individuals using the Honda service center is second to none.. Edwin keeps you appraised of the time it’s going to take your vehicle the status of the vehicle and he walks you through the process. I live in Staten Island and I only have my car serviced at Bay Ridge Honda. There’s a reason for that trust loyalty and commitment. Edwin Chiong, greeted me as soon as i approached his workstation. I was given an estimated time as to when my car would be ready. Edwin also called me to let me know I need some additional work, which I approved. When the car was ready I received a call from Edwin. Very nice to have a pleasant, helpful, friendly and courteous associate greet you. Thanks for a pleasant experience.
