Nelson was fine it was everything else that was ridiculously time-consuming even to the last point of checking out and picking up my car it took 30 minutes almost just to receive my vehicle at the end after waiting 3 hours for an oil change.
Customer focus and quick service tat
Unfortunately, my experience from the moment I arrived for my scheduled service appointment was very disappointing. I arrived on time, and an employee walked up to my car and threw a number magnet on the roof, slightly scratching it.
I was told to wait in my car and sat there for about 25 minutes without anyone checking in, asking about my appointment, or giving me any updates. The overall attitude made me feel unwelcome, and it seemed like no one was interested in helping me.
I later noticed that my appointment had automatically changed without anyone telling me. I know my car needs additional work, and I was prepared to have more services done. However, the lack of interest and overall “I don’t care” attitude made me not want to have any additional work done there.
Unfortunately, this experience made me uncomfortable returning and caused me to take my business elsewhere.
Jairo is the reason I keep coming back.

Only problem is of course I came in for a alignment in February and when I got the car back I noticed it was off and I did delay till now coming back to say it was still slightly leaning towards the left. So they told me since it’s been 4/5 months and 4,000 miles later that I had to repay to get another alignment done since there’s no warranty. So I guess is I learned my lesson to come back next day but that’s easier said than done especially when a oil change n alignment takes Honda having the car 6+ hours which is why it’s just such an inconvenience . That was the only problem I encountered other than that good service !
Benny was amazing and attended me quickly! He also notified me of a nail in a different tire and took care of that as well. Overall great service!
