Dale went above and beyond his job to explain everything that was needed and why. Very helpful in every way. We will be back again and again just because of Dale.

Nelson was friendly but the reason I went to Gardena Honda was for diagnostics on car play but the technician didn’t run diagnostics. I was there from 10 am - 3:20 pm with nothing done. Nelson wasn’t the issue, but the problem not being diagnosed or fixed is beyond frustrating especially since I drove over an hour to bring it specifically for that. Even if I had an answer as to why and waiting on parts that would have been fine. I was referred to go to Glendale Honda
I really trust Alexis to address my needs. He has adeep
knowledge and a tremendous work wthic. Honda Gardena has always made my experience as comfortable as possible as well.

Overall, I was not completely satisfied with today’s customer service experience. I arrived about 15 minutes late to my appointment this morning, which I understand may have affected the process slightly, but I still felt the level of communication and service I received was below what I’ve experienced during previous visits.
Normally, when I come in for service, I work with Art as my consultant, and he has always been very thorough in explaining everything related to my vehicle. Today, I was assigned to a different service advisor. The gentleman who assisted me was not rude or unprofessional, but I felt he did not provide the same level of detailed information and customer care I’ve received in the past.
Typically, I am given a printed inspection report showing the condition of my vehicle, including the battery, brakes, tire tread, and other service recommendations. This time, I only received an email mentioning that my tires needed attention, and that was essentially all that was discussed. I was never provided with the full inspection checklist or a hard copy of the report, which was disappointing because I rely on that information to better understand the condition of my car.
In addition, I never received a phone call letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I did receive a text message directing me to review the service report, but it did not clearly indicate that my car was completed and ready. I ultimately had to walk to the front desk myself to find out that the vehicle was done and to ask additional questions about the recommended tire service.
Overall, today’s experience did not meet the level of communication and customer service I’ve come to expect, and I left feeling fairly disappointed.
