Well the adviser told me that he will call when car was finish But he didn't car was taking at 9:am and it was finished about after 10:30 and I never resive a phone call if I wouldn't ask ill probably be seething in you lobby entell 5:pm that's absolutely anaseptable we want apologies

When I came home yesterday after picking up car I noticed this scratch on the bumper. I washed the car the day before and think I would have noticed this. Can you double check your video you took before the visit?

Nelson was communicative and helpful, but recommend that an automated call get sent out when service is completed, I may have missed it though

Benny was great, he explained everything that was recommended to be done with our Pilot and he was not pushy. He was super helpful and has great customer service. I hope I get him again when I return for our next maintenance.
My experience at Gardena Honda was painfully subpar, thanks to William Lopez. Honestly, I’d rather crawl a mile on broken glass or get stung by a thousand bees than deal with him as my service advisor again.
