Check in was very fast, staff was super kind, and service was amazing and fast!!

I dropped off my car Friday at 5:00 PM for my scheduled 7:00 AM Saturday service appointment. Unfortunately, the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I was never contacted with an update and had to call multiple times just to check on the status of my vehicle. I was given incorrect information because my assigned service advisor was off, and although Tony, the manager, said he would call me back, I never received a call. When I called again close to 5:00 PM, I was told my vehicle had been ready, but no one had notified me, and the dealership was about to close. Overall, the lack of communication made for a very frustrating experience.
Alexis was extremely helpful and clear with communication, and answered all of my concerns/ questions.
My person that assisted me and the mechanic took good care of me. I appreciate the great customer service that they provided.

Jairo Baeza gave me exemplary service.He gave me a great amount of clarity on the difference is in services that I was coming in for today and what services would be important to get in the future. He showed me on his computer monitor where my tires were wearing out and why a wheel alignment would be imperative. I would come back on the strength of his customer service alone and I definitely will be referring all my family and friends to get their service done at Gardena Honda as long as they can go through him.

My rep was fine. I had a 10:15 appointment and sat in my car for over an hour. Only one or two people helping a long line of people. Very bad experience.
