Benny kept on contact with me through the whole process. Only complain I have was that my car was there almost three weeks and it had sprinkled and when I got the car back it was super dirty from the outside. I would think a complimentary wash would be done.

had my battery replaced, and after waiting three hours I called the dealership for an update on my car and was informed that it was already ready for pickup. I’m disappointed that no one notified me once the service was completed. Additionally, I had to ask questions to get information about the battery replacement, as no details were provided unless I specifically asked. Better communication and customer updates would have made this experience much smoother.
