Benny was great. Communicated very well and let me know exactly what they recommended. The issue was the pick up. I waited over 20 mins to pick up my car. I understand it may be busy but waiting over 20 mins was ridiculous.
I made my appointment at 12:30pm for the open recall to replace the tire repair kit. I checked in and waited 20 minutes for the advisor coming by. He told me I had to wait for 4-5 hours to get the kit replaced, but I needed to use the car for grocery. I said the replacement of the kit could be done within 5 minutes. Just take it out and put the new one in. He said no way, you have to leave the car here and get back before 5pm. So what’s the meaning of scheduling an appointment at specific time if I have to wait for the rest of the day?
