You had my vehicle for 5 days and over a weekend. I had to rearrange my weekend plans and a vet appointment for my dog since the rental car agreement specified no pets in the rental vehicle. The wrong heater hose was ordered TWICE, which appears to be the main contributor as to why you kept my vehicle so long. In addition to the heater hose, I was told I had an oil leak. I am skeptical about both these repairs because prior to my visit there was no evidence of a leak with either of those items. There was also extremely poor communication between the technicians and the advisor. The advisor was as nice and polite as could be but, he was obviously uninformed and misinformed every time he gave me an update.

Extra Services were required to finish the job I had asked for which was an alignment being you are a mopar dealer and my vehicle is a mopar you should know what is entailed to finish the job I was asking and that not disclosed in the multiple quotes I was given beforehand, so a fun surprise cost, they did also perform a service I had inquired about previously but not mentioned I wanted to go forward with during this appointment due to the simple fact my husband had already fixed said issue which was a windshield washer fluid hose. This was not the first time they had performed a service on my vehicle I did not give the green light to. Very disappointing.
