Ashley did a good job making the appointment and carrying out the needed service in a timely manner. There is a company policy that I think should be changed that being, supply a loner car to a customer that's back for service under warranty within the first year.

Chris did a wonderful job keeping me updated on my 2012 dodge ram, and a big thank u to the mechanic that fixed my pickup i greatly appreciate Columbus Motors for everything they did for me, you all are super great to me. THANK YOU SO MUCH THIS MEANS ALOT TO ME ????????????

Well we're do I start. You guys had the vehicle for a month. When I got it back it was still doing the same thing as when I brought it in. I brought it back and you guys changes the thermostat like I asked which stopped the over heating finally. But now the heater don't work which means there is a air bubble in the coolant line somewhere which tells me your mechanic needs to go back to school and learn how to bleed out a coolant line. Also you can smell coolant when you get out of the vehicle so there appears to me something still wrong with the coolant. Don't know weather to bring it back in Or go somewhere else to get it done. For what you charged my company you could have almost put a new engine in. Completely and utterly dissatisfied.

I was not expecting that the team was going to perform a multi check and not complete what I brought it there for, it took them all day doing the other inspections, and on the app it was noted “per customer request”. I didn’t asked for all that inspection, by the way they mentioned that all fluids were full, that was completely wrong, the winch shield washer fluid was emplty, also they mentioned that the vehicle needed tire trotstion, I have rotated the tires last week. I need to know how much is the hourly rate for the service please

You all did a wonderful job on my 2012 dodge ram,Chris did a wonderful job keeping me updated on the work and the parts that was covered under the extra warranty that I have, I really appreciate this, Chris is a very wonderful man,I will always bring my ram there to get anything done to it, Columbus motors is a great place . THANK YOU SO MUCH ????????????

Had our vehicle for A week, told part would be in and still we waited. Finally we called, message was to be given to someone,they acted like didn't receive message. Finally went there and had it done in 15 minutes!! We bought both our vehicles their and we feel like not buying anything from you again.
