While the issue was not fixed, Chris was amazing and isn't giving up as it's a UConnect issue and not easy to fix. I had a rock chip fixed and it looked great. On my way home, the windshield cracked. That service department was supposed to call me and it's been two days. I'm hoping to hear from them soon.
Ashley does a great job with customers and updates during service repair process. She listens to customers and goes the extra steps for satisfaction.
Service was good but I noticed that my visors were dirty touched by dirty hands I did get it cleaned off but I thought you should know
I liked how with my multi-point inspection the tech that performed my service included a video going over my whole car. What they saw. What they recommend and how my car looks underneath. Him going over part by part of the inspection. Will definitely keep taking my truck for service

truck wouldn't start as whoever parked it never shut it off and the battery was dead.
