Tanner is the best! Super personable, honest, and great at what he does. We trust him completely with our vehicles and highly recommend him!
30K service was completed in a timely manner. I was kept informed during the entire process.
Wonderful service and very easy to work with
Tyrone did great in handling the recall issue with my vehicle, the multi point inspecting, informing me about my battery life, and cabin filter condition.
Tanner Deal has always delivered excellent service for us. He is always knowledgeable, efficient & above all very pleasant to engage.
Tanner was very nice and attentive. My only complaint is that I had to wait a very long time even though I had an appointment
Tanner did great job. Very hapoy.
Tanner was exceptional!!!
I am very satisfied that he is a wonderful person. Thank you very much to him and all the staff of Hyundai.
All was explained to me letting me k ow that I needed to be safe. He was kind and generous to me. That was very important
as well. Tyrone done a great job with assisting me.
Thank you
Sounds great. I’m retired, living on a fixed income. Some compensation would be nice….. Coupons for future Hyundai service. Granddaughter looking to purchase 1st vehicle….discount, help in financing? Let me know ????????
Tyrone was very helpful and knowledgeable I would recommend this service department to friends and family.
I have been using Hyundai of Union county for three years and I feel like the quality of service has gone down. They fixed what they needed to and were nice but I don’t feel like I was fully listened to.
Tanner is great to work with. I always feel that I am getting trustworthy and expert assistance when working with him.
Tanner is always great to work with!
Would like to know what “Customer Pay Shop Charge For Repair Order” $5.80 is actually for. Is this a new charge for every time I come for service? I didn’t see it until I left or I would have asked.
When I picked up my vehicle, my floor in front
Of the right front seat had papers, personal items and several items that were out of place (obviously not where they were when I dropped the vehicle off for service. I told the service advisor I wanted the recalls attended to and the oil changed. I did not want any other service completed on the vehicle. I know that the filter was pulled out and a
Picture was shown to me of a dirty air filter
This tells me the dash glove compartment was entered and all the items were dropped in the floor, which is normally ok if all items are replaced where they were stored. The vehicle is my wife’s so I wanted to take it back to her before I said anything to make sure I missed something being out of place. When she looked into the passenger area, she immediately responded “ what in the world happened to the car”? I asked her about the condition vs. when it was taken and she said “my vehicle is always in order with nothing stowed all in the floor”.
At that point, I knew “someone” had taken All the items out to get to the filter or whatever the person was trying to do WITHOUT putting the items back where they were. The point is the compartment should not have been entered because there was no reason to open it or take anything out after I specifically told the SA I did not want nothing but an oil change. If you pull anything out or remove everything, please put it back where you found it and the manner in which you find it.
Jack C. was awesome. He was extremely friendly and polite. He advised me to see him for any vehicle maintenance that needs to be done.
