Chris seemed put-out talking with me. From the minute we drove up. Asked estimate on how long service would be, he said 2 hrs. Told him we'd go grab lunch and come back and check-in with him. We did. He was so irritated and said it's only been 30 minutes. Showed him my phone clock - it's been an hour. Not stressing him, just want to know if we should go back home as I had work to do. We did.. He called later and said the computer update would be an additional 1.5 hours. Total time was 4 hours. I wasn't concerned but he seemed really agitated. Then picking up the car the clerk couldn't find my name or phone number in her system. Been coming here for a while never had this kind of day. Hope it gets better. Thanks
Just hearing that my tires on my 2024 Toyota Camry needs to be replaced baffles me so just tells me the tires originally put on there were cheap

Jorge Noble was optimistic about my car issues and explained how will the service will move along. It was a long process from evaluating my car’s problem and when I decided to contact the sales personnel Jesus Duarte to did a good job to enlighten me in making a choice for a brand new car that was absolutely successful. Then I discovered an issue with the new car’s tail light and again back to service dept with Jorge Noble and together with Jesus Duarte fix the problem the same day. I have a great day with South Bay Toyota because of this two hardworking staff.
I always get great service from John Agahan. He is well knowledgeable and asking if there any concerns regaarding the vehicle. Also he is very thorough with checking up on what is needed for servicing with my van. Appreciate his suggestions for servicing now and future.
