Alfredo was professional and very courteous. He was honest, truthful and very respectful of informing us of mfg suggestions as to maintenance of our 2022 Limited 4Rnnr. We intend to come back for further work and hopefully get him again.
I received a very confusing text which sounded like you had performed service that I had not agreed to. Alfredo said other customers reported the same thing. I suggest you have someone rewrite it, using correct grammar and syntax. It’s riddled with confusing errors.

John Agahan and his team ALWAYS treats me and my vehicle very well. We know that we are in good hands when we go there. John gives me great advice on what to expect as far as maintenance goes. John is a very busy Service Advisor, but yet takes the time to talk to me about my concerns with the vehicle. Whether it’s during his lunch hour, or staying after hours, John and his Team puts the CUSTOMER FIRST. You don’t see that too much hardly any more. GREAT SERVICE JOHN AGAHAN AND HIS TEAM!!!

The first quote I got was for an hour and a half to two. The second quote I got was more like 2 1/2 hours and it was 3 1/2 hours before it was finished. I wouldn’t have sat in the waiting room if I had known how long it would be.
The vehicle was returned to me the the same conditioned that I came in. There were two nails still stuck in my tires and still they remain after pickup.

Angel is by far my favorite person in South Bay’s service department. He’s friendly, professional and honest, explaining what work is needed and what can wait until my next scheduled service. He also offers suggestions that will save me money in the long run based on his experience and my situation.
