I don’t like the grinding noise I still hear when the car is turned off, tho Angel explained it’s normal for this year Prius model.
Paperwork talked about a floor mat instead of the seat panel that was replaced.
I need to come back in for a stale smell that comes out of the vents when I start the car. When is a good time?
I was there Friday at 7:25 for a 7:30 appointment to change the oil & filter on my Highlander. I did not leave SB Toyota until 10:40 ...3 hours and 15 for an oil change. Horrible! I will never go back to SB Toyota again for servicing.

I came back after a full service for a tire to be replaced. He was in contact with me the whole time and took care of me while I was at the service department, but what I am unhappy with is the amount of time it took to put the car in and change a tire. I was there for almost an hour and a half when it takes five minutes to change a tire.
I had an early appointment and I was number 13 in line.
They should figure out a better scenario for when people have quick in and out situations

I received a very confusing text which sounded like you had performed service that I had not agreed to. Alfredo said other customers reported the same thing. I suggest you have someone rewrite it, using correct grammar and syntax. It’s riddled with confusing errors.
