I've almost dealt with John for my maintenance requirements. John never fails to satisfy my needs.
Since I got 2 new tires, I didn't need tire rotation. John made note but 2 new tires were placed on front.

When placing things back in my vehicle care was not taken and there was a spill leaving my car smelling now.
My car ended up needing more work than what was estimated. I really think some sort of loyalty discount should be applied. I still need more work done on my car. There must be some sure of offer or incentive.
