There were grease marks all over the paint where mechanics were touching the paint. There was power steering fluid dripping out of the engine compartment. When I popped the hood, I could see pools of power steering fluid and splashes of it all over the place. The work seemed rushed and I am having difficulty trusting the quality of the maintenance.

The person who assisted me today was Chris. I only saw him once and then a quick phone call from him. He wasn’t rude but he wasn’t friendly like the previous people who have helped me before.
I didn’t fine his customer service skills to par. I wouldn’t recommend him and the service to others due to his interaction.

I have been trying to get in contact with Mr. Williams regarding my car. I was charged $65 for oil change when it should have been free up under my coverage. I have called two times to the office and waiting for a call back at this time, I still have not received a call back.
