My truck stalled while driving and called Alfredo to let him know it was going to be towed to SB Toyota. Alfredo said he would keep an eye out for me and take care of it. He kept me in the loop via text and phone and as always, was professional. He is awesome!

My appt was at 11:30am and my car was not done until a little after 4:30pm. Won’t be going on a Saturday anymore. The advisor was very helpful and no complaints about the service he provided. During the week it takes about two hours, so my dissatisfaction is more how long it took. Also a wheel lock was broken during my service, however, the advisor stated that Toyota would replace it. So that’s pending. Will be back, however on a weekday only for my next service.
