The wait time to retrieve my vehicle from the service area was not actually very long; however, I must specifically highlight the excellent work of your employee, Angel Maldonado—particularly his manner of explaining the process and the specific steps to be performed during the service on my 2026 Toyota Camry Hybrid. This is the second time servicing my car at this location. My first problem is not with the advisor, it's with the employee that brings my car to the front after service is finished. When I give him the paperwork to get the car, the papers are neat and uncrumpled. When I get the car, he gives me back the paperwork half crumpled up. I don't know what possible reason why he does this but it's unprofessional. He did the exact same thing the last time I was there. Also, the wait time to complete the service was very long for just minor service. Finally, I didn't appreciate the courtesy provided at this dealership. They offer shuttle dropoff but no pickup. No complimentary car wash. And the fee just for a mechanic to diagnose a problem seems too high. I will be looking elsewhere to resolve the ongoing issues.
