I was not completely satisfied with my experience. 2 out the 3 complaints were addressed. The compliant about fixing the missing driver side mirror cover was not addressed. I was told that there might be a replacement in the beginning but there was no resolution communicated to me or anything written in the documents given to me at the end when my vehicle was ready for pickup.

John Agahan is so knowledgeable and experienced as well as gracious & friendly. He is thorough in his evaluation of what is needed for the cars and helps me anticipate the costs for service or repairs. I am very satisfied. The only thing I would suggest it explaining the flow at your facility. It was my first time and I felt a little lost from drop off to pick up. I did ask for guidance and everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. However a text messages with simple instructions would have been great!

Wait time to get checked in seemed long, mainly because there was little indication of where you were in the process and you didn't know whether they forgot you or didn't notice you coming in. Coffee and lounge were good. I liked being able to approve suggested maintenance through my phone. Checkout and pickup after notification was fast.

They told me it will take 2.5 hours. Waited 5 hours, no call or text. I called the service department trying to get just estimated time but I was redirected to voicemail 3 times. Finally got text after 5.5 hours saying "how can I help you". My car was ready after 6.2 hours...
