Takes too long to check in, like no one knows what to do
Needs more organization
I had an appointment at 8:40 AM. Even though I was there right at 8:40, they didn't take the car in until 9:30; and despite the fact that it was just an oil and filter change, they didn't hand the car back to me until 12:00 PM. This is truly ridiculous.
Chris was awesome. It was day one of your tablet check in system and even though Chris was getting trained, he exceeded my expectations. In all honesty, I’m very particular and skeptical when it comes to having my car serviced due to past negative experiences but Chris answered and addressed all my repetitive questions and concerns letting me know that my car was in good hands. The service manager Rick was also a tremendous help and went above and beyond. I find it rare nowadays that customer service actually follow through on what they say they’re gonna do even as little as “I’ll call you back”. Thanks to both of you Chris and Rick. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.
Christopher was very kind and he explained me very clear. Last time was I had worst experience But Christopher is so trustworthy everytime I go to South Bay Toyota I don’t want to talk to anybody but Christopher. He is the best.
John has been the best advisor I have had at South Bay Toyota for the five years I have been going there for my 2021 Camry’s maintenance. His friendly and clear communication style makes me feel like I can really trust him to keep myself and my family safe in my car. He tells me the bad news straight but makes me feel as if he’s on my team and that him and the South Bay Toyota crew are there to make everything better. He provides great advice on needed additional services, provides timely updates on discoveries and a timeline on when those items should be repaired or replaced, pricing and provides updates in person when possible.
