John is a very busy Service Advisor, but yet takes the time to talk to me about my concerns with the vehicle. The first quote I got was for an hour and a half to two. The second quote I got was more like 2 1/2 hours and it was 3 1/2 hours before it was finished. I wouldn’t have sat in the waiting room if I had known how long it would be.
