I want to say Thank you. You all have taken care of my car for 10.5 years. The service you provide is outstanding. From the guys who get the vitals on the car, John who explains every thing so I can understand. The gentleman who drives the shuttle and the young ladies who help at the front desk. Everyone is friendly, kind and seem happy in their work. Such positivity comes from people who clearly like their jobs. Oh and least I forget the mechanics who I never see but always return my car in excellent condition. Thank you all and keep doing what you do so well.

The good: All the staff was very welcoming and nice, inside waiting area was clean, loved the checkout process on the other side of the building which made it less chaotic. The VERY bad: Why did the service quote a $2361 price for a 30k service on a 2 year old car??? That is simply RIDICULOUS and I was offended! He mentioned a new system that they were using and "this is what it recommended". That is total BS. Who would apy $2300 for service on a 2year old car and for him to say it was "standard" was BS. I even googled average rates for that car in Los Angeles and came up with worst case of ~ $900. The person who made my appointment quoted me around ~ $257 or somewhere like that, but it was definitely under $300. So now I'm going to probably not come back unless it's for a recall. Don't try to be suggest work that isn't required. This is why people detest car dealerships because they are so dishonest. Up until now, I really had high praises for South Bay Toyota, but after today, I will no longer go there nor recommend it to anyone. Do better!

William is wonderful! Glad he was assigned to me since my previous favorite service advisor retired and the next favorite moved on up the food chain. William clearly loves his job and he handled the stress of the new system launch with grace and good humor. He is an asset to your organization!
