My appt was at 11:30am and my car was not done until a little after 4:30pm. Won’t be going on a Saturday anymore. The advisor was very helpful and no complaints about the service he provided. During the week it takes about two hours, so my dissatisfaction is more how long it took. Also a wheel lock was broken during my service, however, the advisor stated that Toyota would replace it. So that’s pending. Will be back, however on a weekday only for my next service.

The wait time to retrieve my vehicle from the service area was not actually very long; however, I must specifically highlight the excellent work of your employee, Angel Maldonado—particularly his manner of explaining the process and the specific steps to be performed during the service on my 2026 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I was thoroughly satisfied with Mr. Angel Maldonado’s charisma, attentiveness, and courtesy. This marks the second time I have brought my car in, and it has been my best experience yet in terms of both quality and service.
