The mechanic lost my lug nut lock,my radiator supprt splash shield was removed and was not connected due to damage to the shield, and there were grease stains on the mats and front seat. I have been coming to your dealership for over 20 years. I'm not happy

It took 3.5 hours to do an oil change and replace spark plugs. That seems an extremely long time for those to be done. When they rotated the tires they over tightened a lug nut, and when I went to get new tires, a few hours later, the lug nut would not come off. Of my last three visits there, two of them have been very poor.
