He was very pleasant, down to earth, and help explain certain things about my car that other service providers haven’t done . i’ve been coming here for a long time and i felt comfortable asking him questions.

Pre inspection video picture of my vehicle does not show a scratch on my driver side door but appears after walking to retrieve my car after service. I noticed the scratch on driver door and immediately brought to the Service Writer, Alfredo attention. He also didn’t see a scratch from the pre inspection. Spoke with Dennis and was told they would review camera footage of the service to see if something happened. After reaching out for status, Alfredo replied per mgr. Mr Lemoli, service camera shows nothing. I’m not pleased. My car has been serviced there for at least 9 years, no problems. I’m questioning now if I should continue to bring my wife’s vehicle if this should happen to her car.
