I was under the impression that the work that the other Auto store did was the problem but when I left the engine lights weren't on so it made me wonder how big a problem their work was. I'll still have it checked out but the engine lights are off so I'm feeling like the problem was resolved but you were saying that it isn't. So anyways I'm not quite sure.

I had an appointment with you to get an oil change and Chris was very short with answering my questions and dogmatic about answering my questions. I dont think it was the best encounter. I was tired also so, maybe I influenced that but it still was not a good interaction.

Noticed that my door panel is loose and not flushed on the same side my tire was replaced. There is no other damage on the panel, no scratches or dents to indicate it was done prior or after by an external force. I checked the other door panel and it’s completely flushed and not loose. The car is only 6 months old and shouldn’t be having this issue.
