I was told the servicing takes 2.5 hours at the check-in. However it actually took 5 hours. Because the priority had been lowered mistakenly, if I had not been checked status 4.5 hours after check-in, it would have taken even longer. I would like to request a review of the servicing intake procedures and the process for checking progress.
