Angel is such a bright individual and very respectful, thorough, and patient. The step-by-step approach made everything easy to understand, and every detail was clearly explained. The advisor was great, no issues. My issue is with the shop itself . I came in to exchange 2 tires, one because it popped and the other because it was already older. I asked specifically for my other tire to be give back to me which it was left in my trunk . However upon actually inspecting the tire I noticed it was damaged by force from the looks of it. Whoever replaced my tire wasn’t careful and now this tire can’t be used. So I’m not happy at all the tire was perfectly fine and was intended to be kept as an emergency . first time there with non intentions of coming back. Do better.

Service advisor and technician are great. I don’t know where the cashier was, but when car was ready, took almost 30 min from when car was done to checking out and driving out of the lot. Usually very efficient and pleasant experience bringing car in. Maybe short staffed today?
