I always have maintenance at Southbay Toyota for years.
This time i waited more than 30min to check in even though i arrived 10min before the appointment time. Behind my cars were served for checking in, unless i ask Toyota people for checking in my car, I needed to wait more..

(I have only had two, but purposefully bought a Toyota the second time to ensure I am with John) He makes me feel at ease leaving my car with him, and goes above and beyond with my service.
