I like the new system , mechanic taking a video showing what needs to be worked on and why . And service manager will list the items with the price . And after car was ready Angel went over what the mechanic did and future work that need to be done . Angel manager and Andy mechanic a good team .

Chris tried lying to my face. He said that after this visit I will have 3 services left, when I corrected him that I will have 4, he quickly switched his iPad and changed it, at least I hope he did. Then when I asked to have any additional services written down on my dismissal sheet he smirked and said "just say you'll do this somewhere else" I went in for a regular car maintain, not an attitude.

Jorge was very helpful and took the time to answer my many squestions, thoroughly explain service packages and address other concerns. Jorge made sure to investigate all my concerns and ensured that I had a number to address Toyota services only handled through a 3rd party. His customer service was excellent. South Bay Toyota, the Toyota Remote Service team and Jorge Noble are a winning combination. I am super satisfied with the service, customer service and the product.

Edward Gomez is a professional through and through! He did a great job in providing maintenance service for my Toyota RAV4 in the morning and my Corolla in the afternoon. EVERYONE at South Bay Toyota is friendly and very helpful. I don't know if you have an employee appreciation program, but I hope for his excellent service, you should bring Edward Gomez out to lunch. Thank you!
