Felicia was very professional very personable and I was totally satisfied with her. My issue is the repairs I needed done are just out of my budget right now. I will definitely consider some of the maintenance in the very near future.

I arrived at 8 and Erik got my car into the process and coordinated a ride home for me. He let me know when the car was completed and I picked it up. I have no complaints. He is very friendly when at the dealership.
