Desiree was great. Would have been nice to know the car seat in my back seat would be fully removed and unbuckled from its spot. My husband had to drive to Carson from Gardnerville on his lunch break to reinstall so I could pick up our 6 month old from his Carson daycare to go home in Gardnerville. Had I been warned about needing full back seat access, I would have made the appointment for the weekend when my kids would be home and not with me.

The service staff (I’ve been working with Chris & Scott) are beyond excellent! They are knowledgeable and always clear with the explanation of issues, plus they are personable. I have an old Forrester and have had her serviced all over the country (I travel a lot). Your service department outshines all others. This is why I drive up from the Bay area just for an oil change. It’s worth it.
