Scott is a very knowledgeable Service Rep, extremely polite and explained the issues regarding our 2012 Subaru Outback in "laymen's" terms. This helped us make the right decision and not to fork out any more money on this car. He then introduced us to Jeff Patterson, Sales and Leasing Specialist, who assisted us in purchasing a 2025 Subaru Outback. Both of these gentlemen are definite asset to Michael Hohl Subaru! Kudos to them both!

Absolutely the best service in Nevada. Desiree was professional, friendly, informative and pleasure to deal with. Desiree apologized for making us wait. We had barely sat down and she was there to greet us and got my crosstrek entered into the computer. Keep us updated personally and through text messages. Had us back on the road in a little less than an hour!! We wouldn't think of taking our Subaru anywhere else. I'd recommend Michael Hohl Subaru to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership.
