Alex did a greeat job. Unfortunately I was sold a body protection insurance when purchasing the truch that was completely misrepresented by the finance manager. Probably will not be shopping for vehicles here in the future.

Hello Jason. Miss you brother! Hello John. Hope all is well. I don’t want Luis to get in trouble. I like him and think he is in the right position. I just want to be told the truth. About a week ago…I set up the 2016 to be picked up from my workplace for a brake repair. All good. Received a message that it was being picked up at around 830 this morning. Luis called close to that time and confirmed the issue. At 215 I called to make sure the car would be back at my place if employment at 430 when I expected to leave. I was told that it would be there. No problem. At 415 Luis called me to tell me that there was a problem with receiving the parts to fix the car and that it wouldn’t be there by the time I was to leave. He offered to have someone pick me up from my workplace but I got a last minute ride, from a coworker, to FOD. I sat at the quick lane for 30 minutes until it was finished. Luis is a front man. I understand that. But telling the truth of…I really do not know at this point…would allow a customer to make calculated arrangements as opposed to last minute arrangements. All the best!

Dealing with Chris Jones about my truck was great. I don't know the technicians name who actually figured out the problem, but thank you to them. I don't have enough nice things to say about Chris, Clay, the tech, and Ford Of Dalton in general. Top notch. 5 STARS
