The service manager was absolutely fantastic. I would give him a 10. However, I did not make it out of the parking lot without my fault light caoming back on. I was told that I could reschedule and they would try and fix it again. I feel like I was treated very well and professionally. Hopefully they can fix it next time.

Chris Jones is a real asset to your company. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took very good care of me and my Bronco. Much better experience with your service department vs others I have used in the past.
