I did notice that there was a third party that contacted me which I do not see any reason for that it's a lot more personal when you call the dealership and actually talk with someone there and then everything is communicated through text that works great in the videos that they're doing but they were doing a fine and great job without a third party service you're taking away the up close and personal service feeling. Like I said everything there works real good

I recently had a tire repaired after it was punctured by a nail. My son, Angel, who works at Ford as a sales representative, welcomed me and guided me to the service team. He supported me throughout the entire process, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. The service team was excellent, and I truly appreciate the great experience.
This is the best team! They purposefully parked my car under the awning so that I didn’t get soaking wet and also opened the doors for me. They were very thoughtful and sweet.
