I was supposed to pick up my car on Friday, but due to negligence, I am now having to wait until at least Monday for a damaged quarter panel to be replaced. Furthermore, I have owned the car for less than six months, and I am already having to bring it in to get parts replaced. Which, given the relatively low mileage on the vehicle, gives me considerable concern about future problems. In other words, I’m making payments on a car that I cannot currently drive due to faulty parts, and negligence

If Noah was the service guy, I am sorry I did not catch his name, this guy met me at my truck when I pulled on the lot. He also walked me to my truck and opened the door for me.
I am so impressed with the service I received.
