Your, I'm assuming, lube tech took components (engine cover mount on passenger rear side) off that didn't need to be taken off and didn't reinstall them. The person diagnosing my vehicle did not take the 5 minutes to remove oil pan to find point of failure like a licensed tech would've done to justify the repair estimate. Original service writer acted like he had better things to do and didn't take the time to listen to the issues I had. Advisor on Saturday was cool and went beyond to help resolve issues.
