Christine was very helpful, however I wasn't awake there was a waiting area inside , until another worker told me after she saw my toddler having a hard time . I really appreciate her ❤️ and her commitment to provide the best service for customers. I wish asker for her name she offer me snacks , and water.

Waited over 45 minutes for my car that was “ready.” I received 3 calls and two texts confirming my car was ready for pick up. I then called prior to me heading to the dealership to confirm my car was ready for pickup and let them know I’m on my way. Despite these measures, I somehow still ended up waiting almost an hour for my vehicle. Other then them not being able to find my car in their parking lot for a few minutes and asking different employees where my car was located the employees seemed pretty nice.
The issue was not fixed, the TPMS service indicator was reset but my car was still not reporting any tire pressure numbers. I returned to the service center minutes after I left to explain and show this, but no technician was available to look at my car again that day. This meant that I had to schedule ANOTHER service appointment, meaning that the first appointment was a waste of my time, and I would have to change my plans AGAIN just to accommodate another appointment. The people I interacted with were nice, but I was not satisfied at all with how this service experience turned out at the end.
It was a pleasure with the service I received at Downey Hyundai. I got in fast and Monica made sure I received complete and great care on my car. I appreciate the service I received considering I did not have an appointment. Thank you!!
No updates regarding status of repair. No clear information on what was done to my care and lengthy time of it staying in the shop. Also, Hyundai app shares information of when car is opened and it was very inconsistent over the length of time it was in the possession of the repair shop. I juat picked up the car laat week and car and own Hyundai staff have alerted me I'm due for service.
Dropped off vehicle on 4/18/26 for service , recall work and tire repair and change . Associate Alex called me to advise price and install cost I approved this cost with the request of checking to see if we had third party coverage to cover or partially cover the tire purchase . I get notified the car is ready for pick up I pick it up 4/19/26 car is pulled up to the front ready for me to drive away with a 100% flat tire . Come to find out no tire was installed despite approval second tire was patched and rotated . I ask Alex what happened and he tells me I had no coverage ( which I later find out he didint actually check per his admission ) so I tell them I need this tire replaced ASAP as I have now spent 2 days with the car at the dealer for work that should have been completed in 6 hours . I am then told that they don't even have the tire to replace that would have the correct tread as the rest so they found another different brand tire with a different tread pattern and they would install that . I agree as it is my only option since I am now stranded at the dealer . Very unsatisfied with entire experience this is unacceptable and would like a manager to call me at ****-****-xxxx to discuss this issue .

Still waiting for a call back about the damage done to my door panel while it was in the service department for 3 weeks. Also waiting to hear about the missing emergency key that they could not find when I came to pick up the car. Also another recall notice happened for a seatbelt issue while my car was still being worked on but the paperwork doesn’t show that it was looked at

Honestly I did not like the sales person who was In charge of signing me in and getting my oil change. I believe his name was RENE.
He tried to sell me multiple things and said that he would put in the system that I was rejecting service. Goes on to say that Hyundai isnt a good quality car it depends on the maintenance that is done to the car and that some people are unfortunate to have lemon cars. Honestly I would prefer not have him again.
My car when I delivered it in the internal part was not dirty since it is white and it looks like it has grease or I don't know what else if you can make me a detail I would appreciate it And out side is too dirty and the excuse because sunday rain
There is a lack of communication between your appointments setting system and the actual customer service.
There is also a problem with your ride schedule system.
There is a lack of information given to customers.
And Rene tried his best to keep patching up the problems surged by the lack of communication between management.
I appreciate his efforts, however I still needed more information in reference to the situation with my vehicle which wasn’t proportioned.
I know is a business and you need to collect $$ however I needed the checklist of things that were found on the multi inspection report, and I just got the invoice for a service he suggested, no specs no information.
She was great, very attentive, offered me all the options for my vehicle’s mileage. Great customer service!
