Service repair took an unreasonable amount of time, dropped off vehicle mid December and picked up on March 7. With how long my vehicle was sitting I would except some type of courtesy wash nor was my tank filled.
He was a very professional and kind. He was also very helpful.

i never got a call or text updates about my car. i called a couple of times and they told me that they will give me a call back. i called again and apparently the service department is already closed and no one told me if my car was going to stay overnight even though they told me it will take 2-3 hours (i dropped off my car before 10am 03/03/26. i need my car for work tomorrow and im in this dilemma because you guys can’t communicate properly.
Cristian was great to work with. I came in for a oil change and tire rotation, although it was very busy weekend with a hefty wait time, Cristian made sure to quickly get the job done while keeping me updated and providing great customer support throughout the process. Will definitely be coming back in the future

The service intervals were not reset, I'll have to figure that out on my own I guess.
Also the driver side window was left fully open and we got bird droppings inside the vehicle.
I I have not checked the oil level but will win the wife gets home I'm assuming I can trust is up to level and new
