As I left with my truck having a new starter installed, all of my warning lights were on. Maintenance, check engine light, etc.
It seems like whoever took the truck to the location in the parking lot would have noticed that and had it fixed before I was told that the truck was ready.
So after I drove about 2 miles, I decided to have the truck checked at the Mobile One Service. They couldn’t fix it, so I drove back to the Toyota dealership and they fixed it. Very frustrating!

Was in and out in a timely manner and right now I feel like it was a ok job we'll see in a short time because the last oil change and tire rotation i got home and my toyo badging on my wheel was missing that's not cheap from yall

Great service. But a little disappointed that I was charged a little more than $2 FOR A PAPER COPY of the service and it didnt show that they really did rotate my tires the box was not checked

Overall, everything was fine, but there were a few small differences in my service experience yesterday from how my appointments are usually handled. Instead of receiving hardcopies of my inspection results, they were texted to me. This in and up itself was not an issue except that no one went over the results with me. I had had a few concerns when I dropped the car off, and these were not discussed until I asked the woman who took my payment. The sticker that shows when my next service is due was not updated. Again, this is a small thing, but it is helpful when knowing when to bring the car in again. The clock in my car was showing the incorrect time when I got back in my vehicle, probably because of some work on the battery. Another small thing, but it would have been nice if the technician reset it before I got the car back. Please know that I have always had excellent customer service at Watermark, so I am hoping that yesterday was just a result of your staff being overly busy before the holidays.

After service checked engine brake fluid reservoir cap missing founded in engine cavity. Looks like the antifreeze could have been topped off a little more it's on the low side. My wife had mentioned the tire pressure light being on but it was not addressed unsatisfied.
Was very polite and did what needed to be done I always go to Watermark Toyota with my vehicles
