78$ for an oil change and you'll want a pat on the back . **** make it cheaper and quit askin for feedback on **** you're Goin to ignore anyways. Prob gonna look for cheaper oil change.

Everyone was friendly and kind and was respectful and ready to answer any questions you had. The service to the vehicle was completed in timely manner. The new management and owner was out going and ready to help me understand their goals. I say thank you Madisonville Toyota.

Brought out Toyota Corolla Cross on for the 5th of December told them to rotate the the card. Because s few earlier we were driving out car to town and I happen to look and the rear tires was flat My husband told the service manager and it seems to me that the tires were not rotated the paper said they patched the rear tire Drive the car later on to run some errands and happen to look at and the rear drivers side is flat again. If the tires were rotated the same tire should have not been flat the same day it was serviced. Do I need to personally go back and make sure someone is doing their job. I don't pay 38 grand for mistakes. They also reported my car never showed up for the appointment. My car was there before appointment time and had to wait on employee to start work. Not a happy customer
