They had to come pick my van up from my home with a towe truck! Literally had no oil in it

All the times before today, I was in and out in less than an hour. Today was 2 and 1/2 hours. The reason I come there is the fast turn around. If this happens again, I'll look for somewhere closer to my home. Otherwise, good work on my vehicle.

Report said tire pressure was adjusted to 35 psi. Tire pressure ranged from 31 to 33 when I pulled into the lot. It was the same when I left. What else was simply ignored but checked as being okay? Don’t know that I trust what I get from your maintenance department now
