The process of a warranty claim has been very frustrating. Matt has been kind and helped with the process , but I’m very disappointed that the current resolution is to have an engine tear down and be without a vehicle for weeks in hopes that warranty will then approve the repair.

The tortured saga of getting a bumper cap replaced on my Tacoma isn’t worth the time it would take to reconstruct the details. My wife and I don’t seem to have good experiences at Watermark. That’s why after 20 years of buying our Toyotas in Madisonville, we went out of town to buy our newest Toyota 3 years ago. Based on our experiences since then, we are likely to go out of town to buy our next Toyota as well. I wish there was better customer service at Watermark.
