I had scheduled appointment and waited over an hour before my vehicle was even taken back to start the work. I have no problem at all with the way Clayton treated me. In fact, he was very accommodating and gracious. However, I don’t see the point in scheduling appointments if you’re going to sit there for an hour before the vehicle is taken back.
