I was charged for a service that had nothing to do with the reason I was there but because Chase kept pressing me to get it, I agreed only because I thought it was related. Also didn't appreciate every time I told him something he completely flipped my words.
Was told a new gas cap was put on my car (free of charge) for all I know, it could've been the new cap I had just put on. I asked for it back but was told it had been thrown away and the trash had already been emptied.
