The wait was entirely to long I waited an hour and 45 minutes for a tire rotation and oil change with an appointment. I understand that at times there is going to be a wait but, no one let me know what was going on. I've never had to wait that long before. An update would have been nice.
I was there 2 hrs for oil change an had tirrepaired for slow leak,that had been previously repaired an didn't fix,.
Don't think I should have been charged a second time

Clayton Powell was great. I just thought u might want to no that I would have bought this truck from watermark for sure if u had not screwed me out of my lifetime warranty on the last truck I bought at watermark. I changed my oil regularly either myself or Walmart. I don’t no what the oil changes had to do with my transmission going out. I think there is some kind of class action on that model Silverado having problems with transmissions. I doubt I buy another vehicle at watermark or give any recomendations. Just thought u might want to no
