No issue with service or the techs But why when you make appointment at 9:45 and show up on time does it take so long to get you in? Does the website overbook ? Check in text 9:47 Payment text 11:30 Just seems disrespectful of a customers time and that schedule could be done more on point

This was the second visit and again codes were checked showing nothing. The car was missing and lunging and not driving well when brought in. As it was last week. Again I did not get home in it without warning lights flashing, lunging and again it will not drive more than 25/30 mph ! I Did get home but No! I am not satisfied with my vehicle or the service I have gotten! This is a 2021 Toyota with barely 60,000 miles! No I am not satisfied

When the vehicle was serviced, they rotated my tires. They took the wheel lock key out of my trunk and when they placed the bolts back they slung them all in the back and didn’t not put them back in the package. AND they took my wheel lock key and didn’t return. Why would a dealership shop need to use mine when they should have one for Toyota vehicles. I will be contacting the dealership to get my wheel lock key back.
