I have had my truck serviced at Watermark Toyota since I bought it there in 2016. I have always been satisfied with the staff and quality of the service done there.

Clayton was awesome, however when I got my vehicle back I had 2 wallets that was laying on my passenger seat one I keep in the glove box the second wallet stays in the console I understand for the multi-inspection they probably had to go in the glove box but that wallet that was in the console was at the very bottom of my console and everything else was on top of it there is no reason it should have ever been taken out of my console and laid in the seat. Having both of my wallets laying on my passenger seat really made me feel uneasy and I would have really went off about it if anything important was in either wallet but I had all the main stuff out of them and on my person. That really made me uneasy and interesting. But as far as Clayton from the first time I talked to him on the phone and my whole interaction with him was amazing although I do not live there my mom and all of my family does and I would highly recommend Clayton to them but I would also let them know don't leave anything in your car that you basically don't want to look through

Yes Matt was really nice and on point with everything he said about my Jeep. So hopefully when the part comes in the mechanics will be able to get everything done for me. Thank you guys for checking on me.
